A new specialty shop for Niigata Prefecture, located on Suzuran Street in Ginza 5 chome.
A restaurant was opened on the eighth floor on May 31, 2024, which prioritizes not only cuisine but also tableware and cutlery from Niigata. On Thursday, August 8, 2024, a specialty products shop will open on the first and second floors. The shop will sell a fine selection of onigiri made with Niigata rice, fruits and vegetables harvested in Niigata, and handicraft artworks. There will also be a tasting corner where you can taste around 40 different brands of Niigata sake (fees apply).
