This event will succeed the traditional winter event of Iwate, the Iwate Snow Festival.
Held at the Koiwai Farm, this event has things for adults and children to enjoy, including illuminations, attractions that let you enjoy the snow, and kitchen cars to let you savor the local cuisine.
There are also plans to hold fireworks displays during the festival.
